Mr. Jeff Tan possesses over a decade of firsthand experience in design-build construction in residential and business markets. As President of Plus Construction LLC, he provides strategic direction and oversees the firm's long-term direction, operating performance, and quality expectations. He has direct executive authority to manage contract negotiation, project delivery, and customer management. He also oversees the firm's marketing, brand, and human resource programs, including vendor management, staffing, certification in safety, and benefit administration. With professional registrations as a Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED Accredited Professional, augmented by certification as a Master Electrician, Master Plumber, Gasfitter, and HVAC specialist, Mr. Tan ensures all projects attain maximum levels of technical competency, compliance in codes, and customer satisfaction.

Sam Ge, Vice President

Mr. Ge has over 18 years of combined construction experience in China and America. He spent 8 years in China on hotel and large commercial construction projects before relocating to the U.S., where he has over 10 years of direct experience in residential, including high-rise, and commercial construction projects. In the U.S. market, Mr. Ge has gained detailed experience in carpentry, electrical, gas, HVAC, and Plumbing systems. As Construction Manager of Plus Construction LLC, he monitors daily field work to ensure all work performed meets approved plans, specifications, and Code applications. He plays an integral role in project schedule, cost control, and coordinating subcontractors—overall, guaranteeing projects fulfill schedule, budget, and quality commitments to deliver to our customers and to our firm's expectations. Mr. Ge also serves as a lead contact to identify construction risk and to communicate it proactively to our project teams and to our customers.

Shin Ou, Project Manager & Licensed Realtor

Ms. Shin Ou brings over eight years of residential construction experience to every project, skillfully guiding developments from conceptual design to final delivery. She works closely with her clients, architects, engineers and local officials to set forth clear project specifications, and negotiates her way to best-possible contracts and subcontracts. Permit procedures, including arranging timely inspections and strict compliance with safety, environmental and building codes, come under her authority, as does designing and maintaining comprehensive schedules to tie milestones to budgetary constraints. Proactive in resource planning, she manages procurement and stockout of materials, equipment and manpower to avoid delays, and deploys industry best methods in risk reduction and quality control to guarantee project integrity. On site, she works multidisciplinary teams, mentors mechanics and subcontractors, and resolves conflicts in real time to keep progress in focus and within limits. Licensed, as well, as a Realtor, Ms. Ou also offers her clients strategic advice on property transactions and market positioning to optimize value throughout the project lifecycle.
