Plus Construction LLC, formerly Plus Contracting Inc., began life in 2013 as a Class A-licensed general contractor headquartered in Sterling, Virginia. We cover the Washington DC area, including Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC, and we provide full-service construction with a track record of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

With in-house trade crews and continual consultation by license-holding architects, civil, structural, and MEP engineers, we ensure that all projects adhere to jurisdictional codes and design intent. All construction work is performed under direct supervision by Master Electricians, Plumbers, and HVAC technicians who have permits to practice in the immediate local area of a project. Within this integrated approach, we have control of quality, schedule, and cost all the way from conception to turn-over.
